The way to listen to this is, for best results is to listen to it at night when the kids are about to sleep. You can download VLC player on your phone, select this audio and play it on loop. Fall asleep listening to this audio and let it play as long as possible. Listening to it all night will give the best results. Follow this routine for 21 days without break for amazing results.
